- The purpose of this tender is to select [RELEASE] and hire a specialized supervisory company (hereinafter SUPERVISORA), with registered office in Brazil, for the purpose of supervising the execution of the work of a Socio-Educational Care Unit for Male Internment tobe implemented in the municipality of Niteroi, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The service, object of the contract, will comprise the following main activities, which must be carried out within the following approach: Supervise the services performed by the CONSTRUCTION company responsible for the work; Superoversee the management of the work; Supervise compliance with all legal commitments related to the work, such as its licensing, labor, environmental, health and work safety obligations, among others; Respond to requests made by UNOPS related to the scope of servicesand supervision of the work; -Identify and monitor constructive defects within the Defects Notification Period (DNP - Defects Notification Period) determined by UNOPS (12 months). Supervise the correction of any constructive defects identified during the contract period.work supervision will cover the stages of planning, execution, delivery of the completed work and the DNP, as well as the initial and final licensing of the work. Such services should cover the areas of engineering, architecture, quality, financial, administrative, legal, socio-environmental, health and safety.work.
