REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFPRef: No. 2469/2025The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the requirements for the procurement process and to inform interested suppliers how to obtain a copy of the Solicitation Documents.Interested companies who wish to participate in the OIC must request a complete set of Solicitation Documents, available free of charge, from UNESCO contact person at the address shown below.Optional Technical Visit: Bidders have the option to schedule a technical visit through the UNESCO Procurement Platform. The company must submit the visit request at least 48 hours in advance. Therefore, the last possible date for the request is December 9, 2025. The technical visits will take place from December 8 to 11, 2025, at a time to be determined by UNESCO.Bidders expressing interest in accessing the projects and drawings must submit the duly completed and signed Confidentiality Statement for Engineering and Architectural Projects through the UNESCO Procurement Platform. The deadline for submitting this declaration is from the date of publication until December 12, 2025.The sealed tenders must be delivered to the UNESCO Brazil Procurement Portal on or before 22/12/2025 at 17:00 hours (Brasilia time), in strict compliance with the instructions as stipulated in the Solicitation Documents.UNESCO reserves the right to amend the documents at any time during the solicitation process.
