Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Traffic Consultant for Roads Project in SãO Paulo, Brazil The International Finance Corporation (IFC) will be mandated to advise the State Government of São Paulo (GoSP or Client) to structure and implement up to 2 concessions in the road sector (Project). The Project will include to current concession that will expire over the next few years: i) ViaOeste, with 170 km; and ii) Renovias, with 345 km. In addition, the GoSP will assess the inclusion of approximately 1,360 km of publicly managed stretches, totaling up to 1,875 km. The Project will be divided in three phases: (i) Pre-feasibility Phase, through which IFC and the consultants will propose the configuration of lots, including privately and publicly managed stretches; (ii) Structuring Phase; and (iii) Implementation Phase. The main objectives of the traffic consultant are to (i) conduct filed surveys to collect traffic data on the roads; (ii) develop the traffic model of the transactions; (ii) develop demand and revenue projections for the whole concession term; (iv) support the implementation of the transactions. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
