The purpose of this Term of Reference is to hire a specialized company to organize and hold the 4th Edition of the Watermelon Festival 2026, which will be held between the 16th and 18th of January 2026 in the municipality of Jaguaruna- SC through a public auction. electronic form of Price registration, whose judgment criterion is the lowest Global value of consideration, including: Hiring renowned local and regional artists; Management and coordination of the assembly and dismantling of structures (stage, tents, lighting, sound, among others); Exploration and organization of commercial and gastronomic spaces; Commercialization of spaces and sponsorships; Release of the event with the competent public security bodies; Operational planning and management during the event, ensuring its full execution with safety and quality.
