- The object of this tender is to hire a specialized company to provide hourly services, preferably with a hydraulic crawler excavator, with an operator, to enable improvement actions on local roads affected by the climatic events that occurred in the months of April and May 2024 in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, in accordance with the Work Plan, as per Annex 1 - Term of Reference and Work Plan, in accordance with the Administrative Agreement signed between the State of Rio Grande do Sul, through the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Sustainable Production and Irrigation, and the Municipality of Nova Bréscia, aiming to execute demands for the recovery of local roads, according to process No. 25/1500-0002995-4, the be executed on a contract basis at a lower price per hour, in accordance with technical specifications detailed in the Terms of Reference (Annex I).
