Description:
The purpose of this request, in the form of exemption from bidding, is the acquisition of automotive parts and labor services for the vehicles: Vw/Onibus/Tr.Esc Plate: QTR-1014 and the Vehicle: M.Benz/Of 1519 R.Ore Plate: PRK-5862, belonging to municipal school transport fleet. The contract aims to meet, with due urgency, the operational needs of the Municipal Department of Education, ensuring continuity and safety in the transport of students from the public education network. Considering the emergency nature of the demand, the impossibility of carrying out the due bidding procedure in a timely manner, and the estimated value of the contract, the exemption from bidding finds legal support in art. 75, item I, of Law No. 14,133/2021, which authorizes the direct contracting for the acquisition of common goods and services of small value.
