The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Expand The Capacity Of The Respective Municipality To Carry Out A Diagnosis Of Its Performance In Previne Brasil And Take Actions Aimed At Improving These And Other Indicators Related To Primary Care, Through Consultancy, Monitoring And Analysis Of Information From The Municipality, The In Order To Guide The GOVERNMENT ENTITY On The Prioritization Of Management Actions And Professionals Who Work With Primary Care Services In The Territory.
