TENDER ARE INVITED FOR The purpose of this is the hiring of a specialized institution to prepare a technical study, containing a sufficiently defined and delimited description aiming at the review and implementation of improvements in the organizational structure, comprising (project 1) the elaboration of the formal legal diagnosis, Review of the Statute of Municipal Public Servants, Administrative Restructuring, Position Plan, Careers and Salaries of the Executive Branch and Performance Assessment System of the Armação dos Búzios City Hall, as well as, (Project 2), the holding of a Public Tender, aiming to comply with the Term of Conduct Adjustment Commitment signed between this Municipality and the 2nd Public Prosecutor's Office of Collective Guardianship, Núcleo Cabo Frio - Public Ministry of the State of Rio de Janeiro,according to the contractor's technical proposal, an integral part of this instrument.
