• Object: Electronic Auction - The object of this tender is the Hiring of a company specialized in providing passenger transport services (road buses and minibuses), for the movement of family farmers in the 52 municipalities of Rondônia, with the purpose of participating in the 13th Rondônia Rural Show Internacional and 7th Dairy Agribusiness Fair (Rondoleite) in 2026, in accordance with the conditions, quantities and requirements established in the Term of Reference Annex I. UASG Code: 925373 Notice from: 04/24/2026 from 08:00 to 11:59 and from 14:00 to 17:59 Proposal Delivery: from 04/24/2026 at 08:00 Lot 01 - Regions of Vilhena, Cacoal and Ji-Paraná Rental of vehicles for transporting passengers in service to 13th Rondônia Rural International Show, comprising: a) The transport of family farming producers from the cities/districts of the Vilhena, Cacoal and Ji-Paraná Regions to the Vandeci Rack Technological Center (round trip), for which 36 (thirty-six) buses with a maximum of fifteen years of manufacture, minimum seating capacity of 44 passengers, reclining seats, seat belts, air conditioning, bathroom and minibar containing at least 180 units of 200ml mineral water per section (round trip); b) Rotational transport (transfer) of visitors and producers from the parking lots of the Vandeci Rack Technological Center to the access gates (round trip), for which 02 (two) minibuses will be used simultaneously, both operating obligatorily on a daily basis from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, from May 25th to 30th, 2026.
