Description:
The object of this exemption is the hiring of a printing company to produce 45 (forty-five) units of personalized 2026 agenda, for the Municipal Council of Councilors of Concordia, as required for a period of 12 (twelve) months, with specifications contained in annexes "A" and "B" of this notice, which may be extended according to current legislation, subject to the value limit provided for in art. 75, item II, of Law No. 14,133/2021 and subsequent amendments, with quantities and conditions established in the annexes and in the other conditions set out in Notice of In-Person Exemption No. 18/2025, to meet the demands of the Concórdia City Council, for exemption from bidding.
