- The acquisition is necessary because due to the time of use, the crepines became loose and a large part of the filtering materials flowed along with the filtered water, reaching the racks in the ETA V supply region, causing blockages in the themselves. Considering that filtration corresponds to the last stage of the treatment process and has the function of removing suspended particles, colloidal particles, chemical precipitates and, mainly, cysts and oocysts of Cryptosporidium and Giardia, there is a need urgent replacement of the filter bed of the three filters in treatment module II.; ; NOTE: REQUISITION 3811/2025 IS INCLUDED; PNCP contracting ID: 46251021000180-1-000492/2025
