- This term of reference aims to hire a specialized company, under the Price Registration System - SRP, for hiring, by the State Secretariat of Social Interest Housing - SEHIS, of a specialized company, to provide probing services, in the state of Rio De Janeiro, in accordance with Federal Law No. 14,133/2021 (regulates Article 37, item XXI, of the Federal Constitution, which establishes rules for public administration bids and contracts and other measures), State Decree 48,816/2023 (regulates the preparatory phase of hiring within the State of Rio de Janeiro) and State Decree No. 48,843/2023 (regulates the Price Registration System - SRP, within the scope of the direct, municipal and foundational state public administration and other measures).
