- Tenders Are Invited Registration of Prices for the Acquisition of Medicines for Continuity in the Re-supply of Non-Standardized Medicines by the Municipality, Free of charge for Distribution to Patients Served in the Municipal Health Network (Basic Health Units, Medical Specialty Centers and Municipal Hospital Ângela Maria Simões De Menezes) , registered in the Social Assistance Sector of the Municipal Health Department, in order to provide health care in a satisfactory manner and also, in accordance with the provision in the Federal Constitution of 1988, which enshrines health as a right of all and a duty of the State, taking into account Principles of Universality, Comprehensiveness and Equity, Adopting Measures That Aim to Guarantee the Population's Access to a List of Medicines Classified as Essential to Their Needs, According to the Conditions, Quantities and Specifications Contained in the Terms of Reference - Annex I of this Notice.
