Notice from: 05/20/2021 from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 HS Delivery of the proposal: from 05/20/2021 at 08:00 p.m. Sanger sequencing of DNA samples (PCR product or plasmid DNA) in ABI 3730XL sequencer of 48 capillaries, for reading 96-well plates. The capillary set of 50 cm allows readings of up to 700 nt with Q 20, and up to 900 nt with Q 10. Provision for DNA sequences, and can be PCR product (purified or not purified) or plasmids. Includes the execution of the sequencing reaction, with primers provided by the client. Samples should be sent on 96-well plates, at least 48 samples / plate, with mixed primers. Samples below 48 should be sent in microtubes. The results should be sent to the requestor's e-mail and available for download in * .ab1 format.
