Description:
Hiring of a specialized consultancy company (individuallyor in a consortium) to conduct studies on structuring the registration andnegotiation stages required for the operationalization of Environmental ReserveQuotas (CRAs) on commodity exchanges or in registration and financialsettlement systems authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil. The service alsoincludes technical assistance to the Brazilian Forest Service (SFB) team tosupport the implementation and improvement of these mechanisms.The consultancy (or consortium of consultancyfirms) must carry out analyses with a focus on the financial and capitalmarkets, the legal field and information technology systems, to proposesolutions to the SFB for the operationalization of the CRA, paying attention toaspects related to registration, transparent reporting of the risks associatedwith the issuance of securities traded in the Brazilian financial and capitalmarkets, pricing and marketing of securities, as well as theintegration of data with financial systems and SICAR.
