This RFQ aims to select a local suitable Communications Consultant - MMFDH to carry out tasks that contribute to the execution of UNAIDS' mandate in Brazil for 8 months, starting on 01 February 2023 until 30 September 2023.In line with the Global AIDS Strategy (2021-2026), the Communications Consultant - MMFDH will support UCO/BRA in delivering an overall communications strategy under the scope of the UN-to-UN Agreement signed with the Brazilian Ministry of Women, Family and Human Rights (MMFDH) by monitoring and evaluating the impact of UNAIDS Brazil's website pages and channels on public opinion and key audiences.The Communications Consultant - MMFDH will track the Office's webpages' accesses and traffic, maintaining the alignment between the interests of the targeted audience and UNAIDS' communications strategies, identifying issues and suggesting improvements as needed. These tasks are crucial considering that UNAIDS Brazil's website serves as a critical channel to deliver messages and stories on the HIV response to the general audience and the key and priority populations for HIV.The Consultant will be hired locally.
