REQUEST TO PROVIDE VEHICLE INSURANCE POLICY SERVICE, FOR VEHICLE: FIAT CRONOS DRIVE 1.3, PLATE: TFP3G57, FIAT CRONOS DRIVE 1.3 PLATE: TGB7F07 AND FIAT CRONOS DRIVE 1.3, PLATE: TFX5G57. FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THE OBJECT OF THIS CONTRACT REFERS TO THE HIRING OF A SPECIALIZED COMPANY FOR THE PROVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE COVERAGE SERVICES, DESIGNED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH FUND WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF GOIANDIRA, MAINLY BECAUSE THEY ARE VEHICLES THAT CIRCULATE DAILY MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE HEALTH TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, AS WELL AS IN ITS VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES.
