Rental of Laboratory Equipment - rental period: 12 months Cytometer19981d172c851bd4e8a1788d5726c2d3flow system for evaluating fluorescent labeling of cells, sperm, bacteria, micro and nanoparticles. The equipment must be equipped with at least 11 colors, 13 parameters distributed across 3 lasers: 4 colors in the Blue laser (488nm), 4 colors in the Violet laser (405nm) and 3 colors in the Red laserelho (638nm), SSC and FSC. Acquisition speed from 10uL/min to 240ul/min. Possibility of acquiring samples in 1.5mL tubes or acquisition in a 96-well plate. High sensitivity Avalanche Photo Diode (APD) photo sensor. Free analysis software, which can be installeded and used on different computers without the need for a security key. Comes with monitor, computer and UPS. The contracted company will be responsible for providing the necessary reagents for installation and operational training. It must be installed at Embrapa Swine and Poultry. AMaintenance of the equipment during the rental period is the responsibility of the Contracted company.
