Air Conditioning - Systems Maintenance / Cleaning Air Conditioning 12,000 BTUs / 24000 BTUS voltage 220V, SPLIT AND GREE running19981d172c851bd4e8a1788d5726c2d3 the following tasks: Check the refrigerant gas; Check the resistance of electronic components; Check the capacitors; Check the bearings of the turbines and evaporator and condenser unit motors; Test the compressor resistance and check that it is not short-circuited; Check the levels of the evaporator and condenser units; Check the continuity of the electrical wiring and whether it meets the machine's needs; Check the piping connections; Check the conditions of thermal insulation; Check the waterproofing of the piping to the evaporator unit; To clean the evaporator gutter; Check the drain insulation and its level; Unblock the drain; and Clean the air filters.
