Description:
Regarding the hiring of a specialized company to perform the asphalt paving work and superficial drainage with channel Rua Pinheiros - Pretch 1, according to project, memorial, budget, schedule and art. The present hiring is justified by the pressing need to qualify the Road Infrastructure of Rua Pinheiros, located in a consolidated urban area of the municipality of Balneario Barra do Sul/SC. The stretch in question, currently in a natural bed, has severe damage to the mobility and safety of users, especially in periods of rainfall, when there is water accumulation, Mud formation and consequent degradation of traffic conditions, directly affecting residents, service providers and public and school transport vehicles.
