Ref.: The present bidding procedure, respecting the provisions of art. 11 of Federal Law No. 14.133/2021, has as its object the future hiring of a specialized company for the execution of Urban Real Estate Technical Registration Services in the municipality of Sao Joao do Sul/SC, comprising: Aerraphotography coverage with colorful digital orthophotocall generation (minimum GSD 10 cm); Implementation of reference geodetic network; restitution, vectorization, editing and complementation of the cartographic base; registration survey of approximately 2,500 properties, with collection of Attributes, measurements, photographic record and update of the Real Estate Registration Bulletin; importation of information to the municipal system; Training and training of municipal servants, with technical support during the contractual term, according to conditions, specifications and other requirements contained in the term of reference and in the other attachments of the notice.
