REPORT FOR CONVENTIONAL X-RAY EXAMS, BASIC ROUTINE WITH UP TO 04 (FOUR)19981d172c851bd4e8a1788d5726c2d3 AP/PA+PF+OBLIQUA POSITIONS; CONTRAST-FREE EXAMS. IN AN URGENT AND EMERGENCY CHARACTER. THE RESULT MUST BE DELIVERED WITHIN 03H AFTER SENDING THE IMAGE, FROM (MONDAY TO MONDAY, INCLUDING HOLIDAYS). THE COMPANY SHALL PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE OR SENDING PLATFORM AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR EVENTS EXAM SENDING PROBLEMS, WHETHER THE SUPPORT IS REMOTE OR IN-PERSON. EXAMS AND REPORTS MUST BE ISSUED BY A RADIOLOGY SPECIALIST, ALONG WITH THE REPORT THEY MUST CONTAIN A SIGNATURE, RQ NUMBER, SPECIALIST QUALIFICATION REGISTRATION, MANDATORY OF PROVIDING THE PROTOCOL NUMBER OF EACH EXAM EMERGENCY, AND EXAMINATIONS AND REPORTS MUST COMPLY WITH CFM REGULATION 2.107.
CONTRAST-FREE EXAMS. ON AN ELECTIVE CHARACTER. THE RESULTS OF THE EXAMS MUST BE SENT WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 24 HOURS AFTER SENDING THE IMAGE.
