Object: Electronic Auction - The purpose of this tender is to hire a specialized Civil Aviation School to teach the Commercial and Multi-Engine Pilot Qualification Course, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulation (RBAC) No. 61, designed to meet the needs of the Air Transport Division of the Casa Militar do Parana, in accordance with the conditions and specifications established in the Notice and its Annexes.

Hiring of a specialized Civil Aviation School to provide a practical flight course with a view to granting a Commercial Airplane Pilot License, with Instrument Flight Qualifications and Multi-Engine Land Class Airplane (PCA-MLTE/IFRA), for 02 (two) military personnel belonging to the Military House of Parana, covering 150 hours of instructional flight in a VFR aircraft, 12 hours of night flight in a single-engine aircraft, 24 hours of IFR flight in a single-engine aircraft, 06 hours of VFR flight in a multi-engine aircraft, 18 hours of IFR flight in a multi-engine aircraft, 60 hours of instruction in an AATD simulator and 04 hours for check, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulation (RBAC) No. 61. It also includes the provision of 14 (fourteen) hours of VFR flight in a multi-engine aircraft, with ground school and check, intended for 01 (one) server already qualified as PCA-IFRA, aiming at the Qualification of a Multi-Engine Land Class Airplane (MLTE), in accordance with RBAC n 61 and the notice specifications.
