Contract for 12 months from 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026. The estimated amount refers to a consultancy contract, including in-person and remote assistance as per demand. The estimated average of monthly hours is up to 12 (twelve) hours, however, due to the impossibility of predictability, especially regarding the need for computer maintenance and systems updating, the bidding will be based on global value bids. Thus, the amount is monthly and fixed regardless of how many calls are made, the number may vary from month to month.
