Provision of travel agency services, including quotation, reservation, issuance, cancellation and reschedule, through operator, for a period of 24 (twenty -four) months. When registering its proposal, the bidder must take into account that the dispute will take place at the lowest price offered on the estimated air ticket expenses for the next biennium (2023 to 2024), released in Annex I. The proposed amount must be subtracted from the amount reference, for calculating the price offered by the agency service, which will also be converted into a percentage by the rule of three, for the purpose of completing the proposal.
