Object: Electronic Auction - Provision of the service of a company specialized in graphic services for the manufacture of folders for packaging diplomas of the Order of Military Judiciary Merit (OMJM), and bags for packaging the complements of the OMJM medal, according to conditions, quantities and requirements established in the Notice and its annexes.

Folders for packaging the OMJM Diploma, with its layout in landscape format measuring 25 x 34 cm closed and its interior made of MDF measuring 3 mm thick. It must be covered in red leather paper and with golden metal corners measuring 2 cm x 2 cm x 3 mm. On the front outside, it must have a UV print in gold of the Insignia of the Order of Military Judiciary Merit with application of localized varnish. On the inside, in the upper and lower corners, it must be fixed diagonally with green and yellow colored silk ribbon (on two diagonals) measuring 2 cm thick and on the next page, also diagonally, white satin ribbon must be fixed (on 4 diagonals) measuring 2 cm thick, for packaging the diploma, with an internal divider made of 180g tracing paper to protect the documents, according to the model available in the Section of the Order of Military Judiciary Merit.

Bags for placing medal accessories and diplomas Order of Military Judiciary Merit, with the following technical specification: format measuring 40x10x32cm, on 210gr/m2 offset paper, obtained from sustainable management sources; colored print, 2 (two) black grosgrain straps measuring 50 x 2 cm, fixed by eyelets, with support capacity 3kg, laminated with gloss and art provided by SOMJM.
