Hiring of a specialized company to provide independent assurance service of accounting information , financial, tax and fiscal aspects of the Government Sectoral Programs (I492584800e8c8d91eb93b064ebe674ebncentive to Alternative Energy Sources - Proinfa, National Electric Energy Conservation Program - Procel, National Program for Universal Access and Use of Electric Energy Luz para Todos - LPT and National Program for Universal Access and Use of Electric Energy Mais Luz parathe Amazon - MLA), to be transferred to the management of ENBPar due to the privatization of Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras S.A. - Eletrobras, with a view to ensuring that associated assets and liabilities are at an acceptable risk level for ENBPar, in compliance with the provisions of item 5.1. V of'Agreement for Transition and Transfer of Management of Sectorial Programs and BUSA', signed between ENBPar and Eletrobras in 2022, as detailed in the Term of Reference - ANNEX A of this Notice.
