• Object: Electronic Auction - Provision of continuous services, on demand, without exclusive dedication of labor, consisting of the execution of common engineering services, comprising all activities and interventions described in the Terms of Reference, including the Table of Building Costs of the Secretariat of State for Cities SECID/PR, an integral part of that document. Location of service provision: Curitiba-PR. UASG code: 928087 Notice from: 05/08/2026 from 08:30 to 12:00 and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm Proposal Delivery: from 05/08/2026 at 08:30 am Continuous building maintenance services, on demand, without exclusive dedication of labor, consisting of the execution of common engineering services, comprising all activities and interventions described in the Terms of Reference, including the Table of Building Costs of the Secretariat of State for Cities SECID/PR, an integral part of that document. However, the following services are excluded from this tender: a) cleaning and conservation; b) maintenance of elevators; c) air conditioning and air conditioning; d) maintenance of SPDA (Atmospheric Discharge Protection System); and e) information technology (structured cabling and logical infrastructure). The hiring includes the full supply of all inputs, materials, labor, tools, equipment, instruments, PPE/EPC and all means necessary for the adequate execution of services, in accordance with the conditions, quantities and requirements established in this Notice and its annexes. The services covered by this contract will be provided exclusively in units belonging to the Attorney General's Office of the State of Paraná located in Curitiba-PR, according to the addresses detailed in the Terms of Reference.
