BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICE - THE SERVICE CONSISTS OF THE TRANSPORTATION ON WHEELS OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL FROM THE UNITS OF THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH SECRETARIAT (SMS) OF CAMPINAS, TO THE MUNICIPAL LABORATORY AND OTHER CONTRACTED OR AGREEMENT LABORATORIES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATORY STANDARDS OF RDC N15, RDC N50 AND RDC N32. THE VEHICLE MUST BE EXCLUSIVE AND SUITABLE FOR TRANSPORTING BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL. THE CARGO AREA OF THE VEHICLE MUST PRESENT A BOX CONTAINMENT MECHANISM. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING THE MATERIAL HUMAN BIOLOGICAL. BIOLOGICAL RISK MATERIALS WILL BE PACKAGED IN WATERTIGHT PRIMARY AND SECONDARY PACKAGING, RIGID TERTIARY (EXTERNAL) PACKAGING, WITH ABSORBENT MATERIAL BETWEEN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY PACKAGING TO CONTAIN SPILLS, AS PROVIDED IN ART. 12 / 1st 2nd AND 3rd AND ART 37, 38 AND 43 OF ANVISA SAS ORDER N. 370/2014, WHEREAS: - THE RED BOXES ARE INTENDED FOR TRANSPORTATION OF BLOOD SAMPLES; - THE BLUE BOXES ARE INTENDED FOR TRANSPORTATION OF URINE, FECES, BIOPSY PARTS, SPUMP AMONG OTHER MATERIALS.
