- Tenders are invited for Procurement - Engineering Consultancy - Urban Mobility Program. IFC-s C3P shall hire a technical consultant (engineering firm) to advise it and its client (a Granting Authority in Brazil) in the critical review and elaboration of technical aspects required for the structuring of a bundled concession for a set of suburban rails that are currently operated by a SOE.IFC shall seek for engineering firms that can support:- Basic Engineering Design according to the local Concession/PPP legislation- Elaboration of CAPEX/OPEX estimates- Elaboration of technical annexes that will embed the concession agreement- Support IFC, client and other consultants in the clarification of Q&A section of the bidding procedures.
