Purpose: Electronic Auction - Contracting of access services to the World Wide Web (internet) for the Headquarters Building of the Public Ministry of Accounts of the State of Para MPC/PA and its Annex I, according to the conditions, quantities and requirements established in the Term of Reference.

Continued Internet access services, with dedicated link and symmetrical for upload and download, with a minimum speed of 300 Mbps, unlimited consumption allowance (without monthly and492584800e8c8d91eb93b064ebe674ebwithout speed reduction), traffic without protocol or application restrictions and with the availability of at least 04 (four) valid public fixed IPs. The CONTRACTOR must have its own Backbone, aiming at the operation of redundancy in the internet connection for the MPC/PA. The link must beprovided by means of optical fiber, from the provider to the place where the service is effectively provided. Oscillations and interference must be close to zero, guaranteeing a monthly average of at least 99% availability and 99% of the contracted speed. The availability of the service must be 24 hours a day.as per day and 7 days a week, throughout the duration of the contract.
