The item to be contracted is composed of analysis (pH, dissolved total solids, acidity or alkalinity, total organic carbon, Conductivity, heterotrophic bacteria count, pseudomonas research), sample collection and transportation. The hiring of a specialized company is foreseen to perform the Purified Water Quality Control Service in compliance with Brazilian pharmacopeia. Are requirements for Contracting that the company presents: 1) proof of the existence of good laboratory and biosafety practices, according to the rules of the National Health Surveillance Agency and other related rules, and proof of the existence of quality management system, according to the specified requirements in NBR ISO/IEC 17.025. 2) Certificates or certificates of technical capacity, provided by legal entities governed by public or private law, which demonstrate their operational capacity in the execution of similar technological and operational complexity services equivalent or higher.
