COCKTAIL: Menu suggestion: assorted mini quiches, tartlets, canapes var.19981d172c851bd4e8a1788d5726c2d3dishes (dried meat, leek, ricotta, shrimp), assorted pates, assorted fine baked savory snacks, heart of palm pies, meat pastries, heart of palm bundles, assorted terrines, assorted sticks. Hot mini portions served in white ramekins (escondidinho, lasagna, fusili, bobo and the like), saladfruit, mix of sweets, and desserts (sweets, cake and fine chocolates, truffles, tartlets, mini desserts, mousse and the like). Drinks: natural fruit juices (3 flavors), sparkling and still mineral water, first-class soft drinks (light and regular) and non-alcoholic cocktail.
