OBJECTIVE: Electronic Auction - Price Registration for Hiring a Company Specialized in the Provision of Travel Agency Services, including the issuance of E -Tickets and/or Tickets of National Air Tickets, Quotation, Reserve, Remission, Refunds, Demand, and Reserve Services ofHotel accommodation in Brazil, through face-to-face and/or remote service (email and telephone), to the political agents and servers of the Biguacu City Council.Air ticket issuance services should include: * airfare (round trip); * Reinsess of unused airfare ticket (not flown), when necessary; *Change of time or date of the issued air ticket ticket, when necessary; * Cancellation of ticket ticketAerial, by order * The airline ticket service will be paid to the contracted agency based on the total amount of the airfare subtracted from the fixed percentage offered by the contractor on the value of an airfare round trip.Hotels should include: * Confirmation of accommodation in national hotels, with breakfast included. In the event of change (addition/ decrease/ replacement of guests) in the quantity provided for in the work order, provided that the same hotel is maintained, there will be no new transaction. *Hosting changes (quantity of daily or dates), when necessary; * Cancellation of hosting in national hotels, when necessary. The hosting agency service will be paid to the contracted agency based on the total amount of the lodging subtracted from the fixed percentage offeredby the contractor about the value of a daily.
