Provision of buffet services, contemplating: climatized physical space, organization services, following the rules of good practicesHandling and hygiene, according to the requested menu. Cook, waiters, receptionist, cleaning team, as well as supply of buffet utensils, such as supply of towels at all tables, Richaud, platters, crystal juices, spoons, screens, brackets, and cutleryFor guests, etc., and other necessary items to serve the buffet in enough to meet the requested demand.
