Object: Electronic Auction - Price registration for hiring a company responsible for producing training and informative materials for municipal employees in the municipality of Maringa and districts of Floriano and Iguatemi, in support of the Training Directorate of the Secretariat of Personnel Managementsoas.

Provision of services recording concomitantly with the editing of video classes in the studio with informative and/or training content, defined by the Cap Directorate19981d172c851bd4e8a1788d5726c2d3recruitment of People, on the premises of the contracted company and/or externally. Each video class will last between 5(five) and 30(thirty) minutes, according to the needs of each class/course, with informative and training content, and the files must be delivered with the following parameters (requirementminimum values): - H.264 format; Screen size 1920x1080, Frame Rate 29.97, Field Order Progressive, Aspect Square Pixels (1.0), 48000 Hz, Target 5.00 Mbps with a maximum of 12.00 Mbps, Standard NTSC TV and Stereo Sound; - Each video lesson includes studio and/or external recording of the teacher's audio and videossor and Libras professional, insertion of subtitles synchronized with the images, use of a teleprompter and, when applicable, voiceover, soundtrack, scenery, chromakey recording and infographics and illustrations using computer graphics. - The studio must be equipped with appropriate equipment, lighting and audio capture. - Recordings must take place on the premises of the contracted company,
