Description:
Price registration, for future and eventual hiring of a food company, aiming at the provision of common service to supply Coffee Break for training, formations, honors, meetings, solemnities, courses and other various events organized by the City Council From Concordia, as required for a period of 12 (twelve) months, with specifications contained in annexes "a" and "b" of this notice, and may be extended according to current legislation, observing the value limit provided for in art. 75, item II, of Law No. 14,133/2021 and subsequent changes, with quantitative and conditions established in the annexes and in the other conditions provided for in the Notice NOTICE OF PRESENTIAL DISPOSAL No. 11/2025, to meet the demands of the Concordia City Council, by waiver of bidding.
