Subscription to GLPI-Network in Advanced mode. General Requirements: a) The solution subscription must support the current number of T agentsI technicians responsible for responding to support requests, including, at the time of writing this document, a total of 240 agents, as well as foreseeing the possibility of expanding this quantity due to the possible integration of new departments and the adoption of the platform for the operation.their IT services; b) The subscription must not limit the total number of end users of the platform, standard users who open tickets, not to be confused with the agents who handle them; c) Aiming to meet any assistance and support needsremote technical support by the developer, the subscription must provide for the availability of a minimum of 20 hours of level 2 remote technical support per month; d) In order to maintain the proper functioning of the application and ensure that it continues to operate in a cohesive and secure manner, the signature ofUnlimited level 3 support will be provided for correcting flaws and bugs in the solution.
