Issuance and validation of A3 type digital certificate with token, individual (and CPF), ICP standard - Brazil, due Obey the following technical requirements: a) be generated and stored on a USB token portable device to be provided by the contractor; b) To be issued by a certifying authority accredited by the infrastructure of Brazilian public keys - ICP -Brazil; c) have level A3; d) has a minimum validity of 03 (three) years, counted from the date of issue; e) be approved and used in the electronic services of the IRS and Main bodies of federal public administration in the Brazilian digital certification process, as presidency of the Republic, Ministry of Finance, Defense Planning, General Attorney of the National Treasury, Central Bank of Brazil, Federal Justice, Serpro, Post Office, among others; f) The demand for digital signature in federal public administration systems (such as the Daily and Passage Concession System - SCDP, Siapenet, NET Purchases, Sisugestion, etc.); NOTE: The full description of the item is available in the annex of the Notice Reference Term.
