Preventative maintenance of 200 hours on 02 (two) Rotax 1630 ACE (GTR 230) engines from 2020, installed on Sea-Doo watercraft, including all procedures provided for in the official BRP Sea-Doo checklist for the 200-hour interval, such as: complete draining of the engine oil, detailed inspection of accessible components, cleaning screens and suction filters, checking the supercharger system, belts, hoses, electrical connections and sensors, lubricating specific points, replacing programmed items and complete functional tests; Supply and replacement of following original BRP materials or first-rate equivalents of proven quality: - 08 (eight) liters of XPS 4T 5W-40 synthetic lubricating oil (p/n 9779810); - 02 (two) original oil filters (p/n 420956741); - 02 (two) sets of NGK DCPR8E spark plugs (total of 04 plugs); - 04 (four) supercharger bearings (p/n 420845812 or equivalent complete kit 0000075112).
