- The present call has as its object the selection of engineering/construction company (pre-qualification), through public calling of accreditation, for the construction of vertical multifamily housing estates of social interest in the municipality of Xanxere, under contract GLOBAL, to be hired through the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program of the Federal Government (banners 1 and 2), governed by Law 14.620/2023, comprising the construction of at least 308 housing units to the maximum value corresponding to the ceiling of PMCMV track 2 for the project's reference region, distributed in three housing estates, according to this term/notice and its attachments, and manuals of the PMCMV, in land of this municipality to be donated as described in Municipal Law No. 4,520/2023.
