- Possible acquisition of medicines, to meet the demand of units subordinate to the General Directorate of Health (DGS), providing better service to Military Firefighters, their Dependents and pensioners who deduct to the Health Fund, registered through the CBMERJ General Directorate of Finance. According to State Law 880, of July 20, 1985, article 45, item IV, item 5 and State Law 279, of November 26, 1979, articles 44,46 and 47. It also aims to serve the participating bodies, these being the Military Police of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FUNESPOM - FUNDO ESP. POLÍCIA MILITAR RJ) and the State Department of Health of Rio de Janeiro (- FES - FUNDO ESTADUAL DE ÚDE), which responded to the Price Registration Intention (IRP) -Nº1496-2024.
