SPHERE VALVES Diameter: up to 5 Withdrawal from board (decoupling of equipment and networks); Disassembly, blasting, cleaning, inspection and outlining of possible eventual services; Adjustment by machining the seat, counter-seat and stem (including gasket tightening). Replacement of packing, gaskets and sealing; Rod o-ring replacements; Replacement of screws, cases and/or nuts (material: carbon steel), including screws, cases and nuts for fixing the valvevalve to net and/or hull; Replacement of flange gaskets (Intake, Discharge and bonnet/cover); Assembly; Thirst/counter-thirst patch test with Prussian blue; Sealing test (hydrostatic) and hydrostatic valve body integrity test (1.5 x working pressure); red lead painting/epoxy in the color of the net; Installation on board (including the recomposition of equipment and networks); Issuance of reports and reports containing photographic records of all services performed.
