Stop and follow the city of Santa Maria RS: assembly and disassembly of the work site for the operationalization of the Traffic Control System (stop and siga) to be used in bridges mounted by the Army Engineering System Brazilian. The provision of the service must have the minimum: 1 (one) operator on each side of the bridge; Operator must be equipped with uniform that identifies the company, as well as having reflective stripes or vests; operators must contain communicating radios to facilitate traffic control, Plates that identify the stop (red) and follow (green), flashlight or luminous stick and material (easel / cone) to assist in the signaling. If the company deems it necessary to implement other materials, as well as increase the number of operators, must request authorization from the contractor. Example of materials or additional labor: accommodation containers for operators, chemical bathroom, helmet, traffic light, operators supervisor, operators transport vehicle.
