Object: Electronic Auction - The object of the bidding is the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services for air conditioning devices, to meet the needs of the Civil House and its annexes, under the conditions established in this notice and its annexes.

Provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services for split and floor-ceiling air conditioning units, with full supply of parts, labor, materials and equipment necessary for the perfect execution of services, as required. The equipment is installed in the Administrative Complexes of the Military House, the Youth Secretariat, the Racial Equality Secretariat, the Indigenous Peoples Secretariat, the Civil House Parking Lot and the Action Center for Peace (NAPAZ), all linked to the organizational structure of the Civil House of the Government of the State of Ceara. The contractual term will be 01 (one) year; The execution will take place on 151 (one hundred and fifty-one) devices; Services must comply with manufacturers' technical recommendations, ensuring the full functioning and adequate conservation of the devices. It is mandatory for the bidder to present, in the proposal, the monthly unit value per equipment. COMPRANET: UNIT = MONTH
