Object: Electronic Auction - The object of this bidding is the provision of event organization services in the cities of Belo Horizonte/MG, Patos de Minas/MG, Ipatinga/MG, Divinopolis/MG and Juiz de Fora/MG and the provision of buffet services in the city of Belo Horizonte/MG, as conditions, quantities and requirements established in this Notice and its attachments.

Space rental for 100 people space rental for 100 people, in Hotel 3 star, according to the Brazilian Lodging Classification System (SBClass), or other similar facilities in the central region of the city. The space should be separated into 02 distinct environments, in the same place, one to hold the event itself and another for the realization of Coffee Break. The space intended for the event itself may not have columns or shapes that make it difficult to access the audience to the stage, should have acoustic and be appropriate to hold meetings, seminars and lectures, being furnished with: 1 acrylic moving pulpit, with wireless microphone brackets and glass. 2 100 upholstered chairs for the audience, without arm and without a clipboard. 3 01 stage, with length and width proportional to the space, with accessibility. 4 01 support with 03 masts for flags.
