Large batch competition hydraulic excavator, with operator, maintenance and fuel, as well as other expenses, and EPI equipment, treadmill equipment, Operating weight - minimum 21,000 kg, net power - minimum 165 hp. Necessarily equipped with air conditioning and also with all safety components, in perfect condition, including preventive, corrective maintenance, total equipment insurance due to the contractor. Equipment with a maximum of 05 years of use. The first and last mobilization (transportation) of equipment to road districts will be carried out by the contractor. After, transportation on service fronts will be performed by DER.
