Installation / Maintenance - General Floor. 1. Removal of damaged and loose parts from the floor. 2. Abrasive sanding coupled to the vacuum cleaner for cleaning and promoting adhesion on the substrate. 3. Cleaning of the area through vacuum cleaner. 4. Creation of anchor grooves throughout the periphery of walls, drains, blocks, equipment and intermediate grooves when there is need. 5. Making of shaved baseboards, 10 cm high, with urethanic mortar. 6. Application of sealing and regulatory primer, based on mineral aggregates. 7. Application of self -reaching utretan coating, 4 mm thick, Undurit AN, with additive adhesion promoter additive (surface application). Other specifications according to term of reference.
