Preventive Maintenance Services with inclusion of492584800e8c8d91eb93b064ebe674ebparts, supplies and necessary accessories for Electric Traction Forklift/Brand: Paletrans Model PT1645, Capacity: 1,600Kg, including the services below: 1) Lubrication - Lubricate all moving parts. - Lubricate roller bearings/bushings that support the battery. - Lubricate chainlifting gears with chain spray and check tension, adjusting if necessary. - Lubricate the bearing tracks of the lifting tower profiles and fork - Grease chain pulley bearings. - Grease the traction motor gear and pinion. 2) Leaks - Examinethe traction reducer for leaks. - Examine leaks in hydraulic cylinders. - Examine leaks in all hydraulic connections. - Examine the general condition of the hoses. - Examine leaks in the fork carriage.
