- UNICEF Brasil is starting a new Request for Proposals process to establish long -term agreement* (Long Term Agreement - LTA) with a company specialized in hiring and management of HR or promotional marketing, which will provide workforce to conduct campaigns Funds collection through the capture of monthly donors to UNICEF Brazil using face -to -face channel strategy (capturing new donors in person, with direct approach in places such as streets of major cities as well as closed spaces such as supermarkets, gyms, etc. ). UNICEF seeks a company that is capable of acting throughout the national territory and is responsible for the recruitment, selection, hiring and replacement, when necessary (by the CLT model), including health agreement, transportation voucher, food voucher and routine As payroll management (fixed + commission), legal obligations, social security.
